Cancellation & Refund Policy – Webbers UX

At Webbers UX, we believe in transparency and fairness. All cancellations, pauses, and refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@webbersux.com. By starting a project or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations made before any work begins are eligible for a full refund, minus payment gateway fees. Once a project has started, which includes strategy, planning, design, development, research, or any form of deliverable work, refunds are based on progress completed. If less than 50% of the work is completed, a 50 percent refund may be issued. If 50 percent or more of the work is completed, or the project has entered the final delivery stage, the project becomes non refundable.

For monthly or subscription based services such as SEO, SMM, maintenance, or ads management, payments are made in advance and are non refundable once the month begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

If a project becomes inactive due to client delays, missing content, or unresponsiveness, Webbers UX will hold it for up to 30 days. After 30 days, the project may be marked as Paused. After 60 days of inactivity with no response, the project may be closed without refund. A reactivation fee may apply if the project needs to restart.

Meetings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Frequent rescheduling or delayed feedback may extend project timelines. Delivery dates depend on timely inputs from the client.

Refunds cannot be issued for work already completed, digital assets delivered, hosting fees, domains, third party tools, ads budgets, or dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations without documented scope issues.

If Webbers UX must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose a full refund or continue the project at a revised timeline. We will always aim to notify clients early in such cases.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued only to the original payment method. Payment gateway fees are non refundable.

For disputes or unique cases, clients may contact hello@webbersux.com for review. All disputes are assessed case by case, but exceptions are not guaranteed.

Webbers UX reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version available on our website at the time of booking will apply.
